Fire Prevention Certificate
stC S.r.l. engineering group can help the Client to obtain the Fire Prevention Certificate (C.P.I.), by drawing up the project required to obtain the conformity opinion, by drawing up applications and certifications to obtain C.P.I. These procedures are drawn up by engineers enrolled in the register of the Ministry of the Interior (Law 818 of 7/12/84).
With regards to the operations, the main steps of a standard work are the following:
- Technical Report with the general description of the business and the description of each manufacturing process with special regards to dangerous substances;
- Technical Report indicating the construction features of the buildings and subdivisions with clear reference to their fire resistance;
- Dimensional check of emergency exits;
- Dimensional check of permanent air-circulation;
- Plan of the premises indicating active and passive fire protections;
- Technical assistance relative to the works provided for in the fire conformity opinion;
- Consulting services relevant to specific technical issues;
- Check prior to completing the estimated works;
- Request of site inspection to the Province Fire Brigade Headquarters and collection of all data to be enclosed to the application;
- Assistance during the site inspection;
- Achievement of Fire Prevention Certificates.

Fire risk assessment
Furthermore, stC S.r.l. engineering group draws up, with its qualified engineers, an assessment on Fire Risk in compliance with MD n. 64 of 10.03.98. This decree asserts that the Fire Risk Assessment Document is compulsory for those businesses under Legislative Decree. 626/94, regardless of their being bound to the Fire Brigade opinion.

Emergency-exit Plans
With the purpose to complete those issues being strictly technical, an emergency-evacuation plan may be arranged in order to manage means and protections available to the Client (Legislative Decree 626/94 and MD n. 64 of 10.03.98).

Training courses
stC S.r.l. engineering group organises fire prevention training courses in co-operation with the Province Fire Brigade and issues an attendance and professional ability certificate.
